3. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-quality services, results are not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

You acknowledge that consulting and training services are provided on a best-effort basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond to requests in a timely manner

Grant necessary access to systems and tools when required

Use deliverables responsibly and lawfully

Delays caused by missing information or access may affect timelines.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement

Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

Prices may be listed in USD or other currencies as specified

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and professional training services:

Fees are generally non-refundable once services have started

If a project is canceled before work begins, refunds may be issued at our discretion

Any approved refund will be limited to the unused portion of services

7. Intellectual Property

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools such as CRM systems, hosting providers, analytics platforms, or communication software.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Hallford LLC and Ednaris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable agreement.

Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain payable

Access to deliverables may be revoked if payments are incomplete

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
